This picture comes courtesy of my friend Jen. Jen and her family live in South Fargo near the flooding that has been all over the news lately. This picture is of her in front of the secondary earthen dike the city built "just in case" the sandbag one doesn't work. It's about 2 blocks from her house. Yes, it really is that tall. They even built stairs for people to walk up and over it. Scary. Check out Jen's blog for more flood coverage.

CORRECTION: Jen just told me that the sandbag dike is 2 blocks from her house. This earthen dike is 2 HOUSES away. Double Yikes!!
